Release Yourself in 2020

This week I have launched my new online initiative.

It’s been quite process: since the early months of last year when I was pondering what was next for MYAnanda; to embarking on a course myself which pushed me right out of my comfort zones & bit me on my proverbial; to months of procrastination & I have to be honest a good dose of self-doubt; to finally getting to the stage of feeling truly excited about how its evolved & what we’ve created!

And so here I am: Release Yourself in 2020 is live!

So, what’s it all about?

Well it brings together years of self-discovery & playing around with various holistic tools. It’s the result of using yoga, mindfulness, nature & gratitude to help me to manage my own mental health challenges. It’s all the lessons I’ve learnt the hard way navigating the inevitable epic life changing challenges of divorce.

The program has evolved over the last few months as my own journey has. At first I thought it was all about how yoga & mindfulness can help us heal from toxic relationships (cuz I’ve had my fair share of these, perhaps the most toxic being my relationship with myself, which is always a work!!) but as I bumped through the second ½ of last year, managing my own demons, I realized it all boiled down to self-worth.

If we don’t feel good about ourselves, then we probably have a few toxic characters in our lives. If we don’t value our self, we probably don’t put ourselves very high on the priority list. If we don’t care for our self, we probably don’t take much or any time out of each day to nurture & nourish ourselves, self-care becomes a luxury we never get round to. And it all becomes a self-perpetuating story, a vicious circle: the worse our self-worth is the worse we treat ourselves & the worse we feel about ourselves.

But what if we can break that cycle?

Well I believe we can by establishing a daily practice of self-care through yoga & mindfulness & introducing you to some holistic practices that have worked for me.

And I don’t believe self-care needs to be self-indulgent, selfish, time consuming, self-absorbed. As a busy single mum, I know that most of us just don’t have hours sometimes not even a whole hour for our self. But the great news is, we can start to feel the benefits in less than an hour a day!

I don’t want to set you up to fail with long practices that are impossible to squeeze…I want you to see how a few minutes a day can make a difference which I hope will encourage you to practice a bit more for a bit longer!

So I have produced this course which offers:

  • 12 weeks of teachings on the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, nature, self-compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, mindset & much more
  • A new yoga class each week – most of them are designed to easily fit into our busy lifestyles but there are occasional longer practices for when time really is on our side
  • 1-2 new meditations each week – again shorter so that they are easier to fit in.
  • A new breath & self-worth hack every week:  these are little tricks that you can use to help centre yourself, or when triggered or challenged; tools to keep in your arsenal of coping mechanisms to pull out of the bag when you might need them
  • An asana guide (yoga postures guidebook) & a sun salutation infographic to help you as you embark on your yoga journey or to support your practice if you’ve already practiced before
  • 4 hours of 1-2-1 coaching & support
  • Access to the private Facebook group: Mindfulness & Yoga for Self-Worth where we all share our tips, insights & journey as we begin to create the life we’ve always dreamed of.

Before you sign up you can access my unique masterclass which introduces you to why I believe yoga, mindfulness & the other cornerstones of my daily self-care rituals can help you change the way you feel about yourself. I even throw in some of my favourite go-to practices for free so you can get a real taste of what’s to come…just click this link here to access this masterclass & see for yourself:

There is no one we will spend more time with than ourselves & yet we are often harsher on ourselves than on anyone else.

There is no relationship more important than the one we have with our self and yet we often put our self right at the bottom of the list of priorities.

Imagine if you could begin to treat yourself as you would a friend.

Imagine if you could be kinder, more compassionate, more accepting & forgiving to yourself.

Imagine how just a few minutes a day could change the way you feel about your self, revolutionising your self worth, helping you to craft a happier, healthier & more fun way of living & being…

Well you don’t have to imagine it, you can start to live it: Release Yourself in 2020… & release yourself from everything that no longer serves you!

Isn’t a new decade exactly the right time to release the best version of yourself?
