yoga

Yoga isn’t just movement – it’s a tool for mind, body, and soul. My unique fusion of Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Qigong, Restorative, Yin, Menopause and Face Yoga helps you build strength, flexibility and vitality while calming the mind, balancing the nervous and endocrine systems and supporting overall wellbeing.

These practices guide you to inner calm, clarity, and serenity, while helping you feel empowered, resilient and connected to yourself. Perfect for life transitions, neurodiverse energy, or anyone ready to thrive from the inside out.

Whether online, in class, or 1:1, I’ll help you create a practice that fits your life and nurtures your whole self.

meditation & mindfulness

Mindfulness is noticing your thoughts, feelings and sensations right now, without judgment. It’s a way of living that helps you respond, rather than react, to life.

Meditation is the formal practice of mindfulness: learning not to be controlled by your thoughts but to work with them.

I bring both into my classes, 1:1 sessions, retreats and online programs, helping you cultivate calm, clarity and balance in everyday life.

sound

Sound has been used for centuries across cultures as a way of bringing people together, creating connection, supporting wellbeing, and marking life’s transitions.

For me, sound offers a gentle pathway back to ourselves.

Through vibration, frequency, stillness, intention and presence, sound can help us step out of the constant doing of everyday life and into a space of feeling, listening and simply being.

Each session is an invitation to pause and reconnect – with your breath, your body, your inner landscape and the wisdom that already exists within you.

There is no right way to experience sound. Some people notice deep relaxation, others a sense of clarity, emotional release, creativity, insight or profound rest.

Gently guiding you home to balance and connection, in your own way.

AND SO MUCH MORE...

Drawing on trauma-informed, menopause-aware, and neurodiversity-affirming principles, I offer a compassionate and inclusive approach that meets you exactly where you are.

Through movement, mindfulness, sound, and self-inquiry, we create space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself. These practices can help regulate your nervous system, restore balance, and support you in navigating life with greater ease, authenticity, and self-trust.

What My Clients Say about Me

Alex’s classes are real life! Before, when I thought of yoga I thought of it being very quiet and serious at all times. Alex brings humour and everyday situations into the class. This puts you at ease straight away and if you’re having a bad day you still attend as you know you’ll feel better after. Not just from the class but from being in her circle and catching her vibes.

Alex, in my opinion, is still the best yoga and wellbeing teacher for miles around. She has such a warm, genuine energy and always makes you feel safe, welcome and completely at ease. I recently had a sound energy massage session with her. As someone with inattentive ADHD and RSD, I can struggle to switch off and regulate my emotions, but the session helped my nervous system slow down in a way that’s hard to put into words.

The classes are easy to engage with and keep me pushing my practice. The regular touch points of these classes help me gain knowledge in the movements that will help me with my practice. Overall these classes have massively helped my wellbeing and given me another focus to help me live better

Alex is a wonderful yoga instructor. I love her classes and the way she makes everyone feel at ease. She gives a great combination of ‘serious’ yoga and fun in every session. Alex will always give options for different abilities.

Starting yoga with you has made a massive difference to my overall physical and mental well-being. I love the preventative approach for someone such as myself who is of an age where I really need to focus on my balance and flexibility.
