My 1:1 sessions offer a supportive space where you can pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Every session is bespoke and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life right now, what feels supportive and what might help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience and self-understanding.
I believe that being truly heard can be deeply healing. That’s why our sessions allow plenty of time for reflection, conversation and exploration, alongside practical tools and embodied practices designed to support your wellbeing.
Depending on your needs, we may draw on a range of approaches, including:

Sessions are 90 minutes, allowing time to slow down, be heard, gain insight and experience practices that can support lasting change.
You’ll leave with simple, practical tools tailored to your lifestyle – techniques that are realistic, sustainable and easy to integrate into everyday life.
To help you maintain momentum between sessions, you’ll also receive personalised practice recordings and ongoing support via WhatsApp throughout our time together.
