We’re bringing our sound baths and circles together for something a little different!
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, giving yourself permission to slow down, switch off and simply receive.
But we’re not rushing you straight back out into the world afterwards…
This time, we’re making space for a connection circle, giving you time to reflect, share (if you wish), listen and gently integrate your experience.
Because sometimes you need more than rest. You need space to land, time to reconnect and the warmth of being with others.
No experience needed.
No pressure to speak.
Just come as you are.
