I specialize in teaching a unique fusion of Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Qigong & Restorative Yoga guiding you towards discovering a beautiful sense of inner peace, calm & serenity, balanced with strength & soul.
meditation & mindfulness
Mindfulness is the moment to moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviours & bodily sensations. An emphasis on what is happening right here right now, with less emphasis on why. It is an ability to engage in life as it is happening now, without judgment or criticism, without beating ourselves up. Mindfulness is a way of living & being. After all it is only in the present moment that we can learn, grow, create & take action.
Meditation on the other hand, is the formal practice of mindfulness. Whilst they are both definitely interlinked & support one another, they are subtly different. Meditation is not about controlling our thoughts, it’s more about not allowing them to control us.
I bring both practices into my classes, privates, retreats, workshops & online programs so that you can start to explore the unique way in which embracing a more mindful way of living & being can change the way you interact with yourself & others.
