Yoga is also a mental, emotional & ultimately a spiritual practice.

Yoga calms the mind, balances the nervous system, the endocrine system & pretty much every system in the body.

Yoga brings mind, body & soul into balance & harmony for optimum wellbeing inside & out.

I specialize in teaching a unique fusion of Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Qigong & Restorative Yoga guiding you towards discovering a beautiful sense of inner peace, calm & serenity, balanced with strength & soul.

meditation & mindfulness

Mindfulness is the moment to moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviours & bodily sensations. An emphasis on what is happening right here right now, with less emphasis on why. It is an ability to engage in life as it is happening now, without judgment or criticism, without beating ourselves up. Mindfulness is a way of living & being. After all it is only in the present moment that we can learn, grow, create & take action.

Meditation on the other hand, is the formal practice of mindfulness. Whilst they are both definitely interlinked & support one another, they are subtly different. Meditation is not about controlling our thoughts, it’s more about not allowing them to control us.

I bring both practices into my classes, privates, retreats, workshops & online programs so that you can start to explore the unique way in which embracing a more mindful way of living & being can change the way you interact with yourself & others.

I bring together the practice of self-compassion, gratitude & the power of nature to compliment these practices, weaving in quantum energetics & epigenetics to create life changing healing modalities.

I believe we never stop learning, growing, healing & transforming. I am committed to my own self-development, so my teachings are always evolving as my own growth, healing & transformation continues. I share all these lessons with my clients, so that it’s not just as simple as yoga & mindfulness.

I have used these modalities to guide & support me through international relocations, divorce, the menopause & to heal from narcissistic abuse to create a life i am thriving in. they have created profound shifts which have changed my life.
