FAQs

How do I access classes?

It’s easy, all my classes are currently running on Zoom. If you pay for a class, I will send you the link, which you just click. This launches Zoom & viola you are there! If the timings don’t suit I record every session so you can request a recording which you will have access to for a week to revisit as often as you like at your leisure! Once we are out of lockdown some classes will resume in person & if you don’t live close enough to join us in person, I will stream the sessions live on Zoom or make a recording.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on how hard you work! I have a little expression: if you do yoga 3-4 times a week it will change your body, if you do yoga 4-5 times a week it will change your mind & if you do it everyday it will change your life! I believe little & often is more beneficial than a longer session infrequently so if you are working with me 1-2-1 I will suggest you practice in between our sessions. You will notice small changes & overtime on reflection these become bigger shifts.

What happens when I finish the program?

Well you can revisit it, maybe committing to 1 more practice a week.

Or you can join any of my classes or choose to work 1-2-1 with me (which is what most of my clients decide to do).

There will be more programs be launched throughout the year to tap into as well as retreats & workshops that you can join. Ultimately there will also be a monthly membership which will include a podcast, meditations, yoga classes & much more that is only available here.

There’s always something new to tap into!

How can I work 1-2-1 with you?

I usually arrange to meet you or have a call on Zoom first to decide if we are a good fit to work together. If my approach resonates with you, then we either work together 1-2-1 in person (when that’s allowed again!) or via Zoom, it is entirely up to you. In person sessions are 60 mins, on Zoom since I recognize it’s not quite the same as working in person, the session is slightly longer at 75 mins.

How do the couch to programs work?

Once you sign up you will be sent login details & you gain access to the program for life, so you can progress through the program at your own pace. It’s all about being kind to yourself. If you haven’t ever done yoga before, going into a daily practice might feel like a bit of a stretch (pardon the pun!) so many of my clients pace themselves starting with 2-3 sessions a week, then 3-4 & so on. My ethos is that self-care is a daily practice but even I struggle to practice everyday sometimes, which is why I have made most of the practices less than 30 mins so that they are easy to squeeze into your busy schedules, hectic family lives & frantic lifestyles. But as soon as you start to embrace a daily (or almost daily!) practice you’ll notice that frantic, hectic energy begins to shift to a sense of flowing with grace & ease!

What happens if I start the program & loose momentum?

Well you may want to consider upgrading to the ViP option with a weekly 1-2-1 session with myself to keep you on track but I am always available on email or messages for some impromptu motivation & inspiration!
