Minty May meet’s Meno meet-up’s

I first met Minty after the very first Meno Meet-up earlier this year. He was having a coffee in Brew Bear & introduced himself. We chatted & he told me there was an underground spiritual community in Evesham. This was something I had begun to doubt. His words gave me hope & within days beautiful souls on their own spiritual adventure with their own unique story started popping into my realm.

The next time I met Minty he explained, ‘I just read energy.’ He continued, ‘I give people hope.’

And this indeed in what he does. He gave me hope there were people on similar journeys to me nearby. Hope is high vibration, so the match in the quantum is of a higher vibration.

And it’s all energy.

I have seen Minty give readings before & become aware of the profound sense of comfort his readings give.

There is nothing to be afraid of. Everything is freewill. If you just want to observe, you can.

My Dad passed away when I was only 7 year’s old. I have always believed & known that we will meet again, that he is there as a guide & guardian angel but I used to be afraid & I didn’t want or need him to reveal himself to me. I am no longer afraid but I have total belief in his guidance & support & no need of validation. But of course now I am no longer afraid I am much more open to him revealing himself whenever the time is right.

Universal energy is a benevolent energy, one of unconditional love, there is nothing to be afraid of.

I also believe that the menopause is an opportunity to awaken. To become more consciously aware. Dr Christiane Northrup reports neurotransmitters lighting up in the right side of our brains, the feminine, creative, intuitive side of our brain during the menopause. We are being invited to reconnect with our body listening to what it is trying to tell us when this message is a whisper not when it’s banging us over the head. This cultivates a mind body connection & this conscious awakening is a beautiful aspect of the menopause.

As such for many women they become curious about things they used to be more fearful of & want to try things they have never done before. And this is many ways is why we invite guest speakers to come along & share their insights, gifts & abilities with you for no other reason than to have fun.

We all know the menopause can be an exhausting transition. Having fun is so important. It raises your vibration again, which helps you to move away from survival mode that the menopause can often thrust us into & shift us into creation mode. This invites our bodies innate healing mechanism to kick in.

Having fun is so important in our menopause journey so if for no other reason than you’re a bit curious & you fancy so light hearted fun, with a dash of hope thrown in, why not join us tonight?

Hope to see you there, I can’t wait!
