What are the Chakra’s?

Chakras are psycho emotional centres of consciousness.

Each of the main chakras contain bundles of nerves and major organs as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being & are associated with different colours, sounds, elements, frequency.

They chakras are not a hierarchical system to gain power or be a better human.

They are just a way to better understand and empower your own inner workings so you can easily tune into your needs and connect to greater of being and presence.

You are an energetic being and as such were created with patterns of energy flowing throughout your body.

These patterns of energy flow through your spine, through your arms and legs and through the main energy centres, your chakras (imagine pools of spiralling energy).

Six of these main chakras reside in the body from the base of the spine to the 3rd eye and run up the central energy channel.

There are two other main chakras: the crown and the 8th chakra which is the aura, 5-9 ft electromagnetic field surrounding your body.

When chakras are out of balance, alignment or blocked they can hugely affect our mental, emotional, spiritual, physical well-being.

This makes it harder for us to connect to the present moment and maintain a positive attitude towards life, which is essential for joy, happiness and harmony.

But don’t forget: this isn’t about fixing, you don’t need to be fixed, you’re not broken, you are already whole – you were born whole, this about creating a deeper connection to the present moment: the only place that truly exists.
